Yoga With Charmain

Every now and then, there are pivotal moments in our lives which requires us to observe our own circumstances and make decisions that will allow us to elevate to the next level. Yoga & Meditation provided a safe space for me to do that. I created One2Zen, with a simple mission in mind to help busy individuals find their inner peace one breath at a time.

Suitable for all levels. A vibrant and flowing style of yoga that harmonizes breath with movement, inspiring both body and soul.

Suitable for all levels. This restorative practice embraces longer-held yoga poses (asanas) with the support of props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, guiding you toward a peaceful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.
